For 16 shells you will need: beef - 200 g, fatty pork - 80 g, one onion, a couple of cloves of garlic, a sprig of rosemary, 50 g of mozzarella cheese, the same amount of cream (15% fat), a mixture of peppers, salt and vegetable oil for frying. Minced meat is made from meat. Finely chopped onions are fried in oil until they have a beautiful golden hue, then minced meat is added to it and fried until tender. Stuffing should be constantly stirred to prevent the formation of lumps and sticking to the pan. Chopped garlic, rosemary, salt and peppers are added to the minced meat. All this is fried for a couple of minutes. Shells are boiled in salted water until half cooked. Dried concillions are filled with prepared meat filling. In a baking dish, greased with oil, put stuffed shells, pour each with a small amount of cream and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 220 degrees until the cheese melts and a golden crust appears (about 10 minutes). As a side dish, this salad is perfect vegetable salad with herbs, seasoned with sour cream and yogurt sauce.

Conciglioni with tuna

This recipe will tell you how to make stuffed shells even easier. Here, canned tuna acts as the main ingredient for the filling . In addition to a can of tuna, you will need one onion, three boiled eggs, herbs, a couple of tomatoes, mayonnaise and a little grated cheese. Prepare the shells in the same way as in the previous recipe. Fry finely chopped onions, chop the eggs, put the tuna on a plate and knead with a fork, then add fried onions, eggs, finely chopped greens and mayonnaise to it. Mix everything thoroughly, salt and pepper to taste. Fill the shells and put on a greased baking sheet. For each conciglioni, place a small piece of tomato, cover it all with mayonnaise and grated cheese. Bake in a hot oven for about 15 minutes.
