Sometimes you want to have a quick bite to eat, but so that the food is healthy, tasty, warm, hearty, and light. The task is not an easy one, especially when such a snack needs to be quickly prepared. But there is a solution! A warm salad with feta cheese will become for you in this case a real lifesaver. To prepare it, we need:
- a can of canned beans;
- a can of canned tuna ;
- 200 g feta cheese;
- 2 tomatoes;
- clove of garlic;
- a bunch of greens (dill, parsley);
- vegetable oil;
- salt pepper.

Heat the pan and pour a little vegetable oil on it. Finely chop the garlic and lightly fry it. Add the jar beans along with the liquid in which they were in the pan to the garlic. Cover and let simmer over low heat. Meanwhile, scald the tomatoes with boiling water and peel them, finely chop and add to the beans. Cover the pan again and simmer the vegetables until the tomatoes are completely soft and turn into tomato paste. At the same time, they need to be constantly stirred and periodically crushed so that they soften faster. When the beans are ready, transfer them to a deep plate. While it has not cooled, add the rest of the ingredients: chopped tuna, finely chopped greens and feta cubes. Mix everything thoroughly, add a little olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. From the heat of the beans, the cheese should melt slightly, which will give this dish even more softness. Also remember that all salads with feta cheese should not be abundantly salted, because cheese already contains enough salt. And if you want to make it more fresh, then before cooking, hold the cheese for about half an hour in mineral water or milk. For the first time having prepared such
