Before you start cooking pancakes with filling, you need to learn how to cook pancakes yourself - sweet for cheese or fruit toppings and lean for meat, mushroom or fish fillers. Consider the easiest recipes.

How to make pancake dough?

The dough for pancakes with meat should be lean and include salt. To prepare it you will need:

  • liter of milk;
  • eggs - 3 pieces;
  • granulated sugar - 1 tsp;
  • rock salt - 1 tsp;
  • the same amount of baking soda;
  • sifted wheat flour - 2.5 cups;
  • vegetable oil - 4-5 tbsp. spoons.

Eggs in a separate bowl are beaten with a whisk in the foam. Milk is heated to a slightly warm state and mixed with eggs. Then bulk ingredients fall asleep and knead. After that, add the right amount of oil, whisk until smooth with a whisk. To fill the dough with oxygen, it is necessary to carry out a procedure tested by specialists.
