How to make apple pastille without sugar

If there is no particular heat, then we take it into the room at night so that the pastille does not become damp. In principle, two to three days are enough. Then we cut the sweetness into pieces, put it in a box.
How to make apple pastille with sugar
We take acidic grades. Antonovka is ideally suited for this method of preparing dessert: it contains a lot of pectin. We put two kilograms of apples on a baking sheet, pour half a glass of water and bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 170 degrees. Cool a little and wipe (or puree in a blender). We transfer the apple mass to the pan and boil over very low heat, stirring occasionally, up to 2/3 of the volume. Mashed potatoes will become thick and get a slightly golden color. It should be cooled. If juice appears, strain it: we do not need excess liquid. We shift to the mixer and beat. When the mass brightens, add a glass of sugar. Continue to beat until crystals are completely dissolved. Dry as in the previous recipe.
How to make apple and protein marshmallows
Mashed baked Antonovka. Beat the apple mass with sugar. If it is still warm, cool.
Beat the protein. Mix the egg foam and
applesauce. Beat again until an airy homogeneous souffle is obtained. You can add nuts. We spread the pastille on a baking sheet covered with
parchment paper with a layer of 3 cm. We dry it in the oven at 70 C for about six hours.
