It is not always possible to cook meat on coals. But sometimes you want to treat yourself and your family and cook kebabs. As an alternative, we suggest grilling kebab in a skillet. If you observe some subtleties, then he will not yield in taste to his counterpart, made on fire.
In the first recipe we will use pork. We will need a kilogram of this meat. Since we will fry the kebab in a pan, cut it into medium-sized pieces. That's it, the barbecue in the pan is ready. When serving, you can decorate it with pickled onions and pomegranate seeds.
The next dish can be prepared from any meat and even vegetables. We take the chicken, preferably the fillet, and cut it into pieces. We put it in the dishes and add salt and pepper to taste. We take lemon juice and pour meat on it. Mix well and leave to marinate. For chicken, 1.5-2 hours are enough to soak in the aroma of spices. Then lay the chicken pieces in a frying pan and fry. Chicken meat is fried much faster, such as pork or beef. If the oven has the function "grill", then you can use it and get a beautiful brown crust. Serving such a dish is with vegetables and herbs.
To cook kebab in a pan, you can pre-marinate the meat. We use the usual marinade. It can be kefir, lemon juice, tomato juice, mineral water, and necessarily spices.
To meat kebab you can cook a kebab of vegetables. It cooks very quickly and is used as a side dish. We take any vegetables. In our recipe we use eggplant, bell peppers, celery, tomatoes, onions. I wash all the vegetables and cut them into large pieces. We will make such a barbecue on skewers. String the vegetables on sticks, alternating them. After that, you need to fry them on all sides in a pan using olive oil. We spread the vegetables to the meat dish and pour them with lemon juice or vinegar. Sprinkle with any herbs and minced garlic.
And now weβre cooking barbecue in a lamb pan. Take the lamb brisket or loin. Cut it into small pieces. We spread the meat in a pan and fry, adding spices and salt. Meanwhile, peel and cut onions. Pour it over the meat and fry for about five minutes. Then pour the pomegranate juice into the pan and mix its contents. Turn off the fire and serve the lamb shish kebab to the table. We decorate the dish with herbs and pomegranate seeds.
And finally, prepare the shish kebab of mushrooms. We take the caps of any mushrooms and wash them thoroughly. Then dip in boiling water and cook for about 15 minutes. After that, take the skewers and string the hats, alternating with small pieces of bacon and onion rings. Fry kebabs in a pan on each side. Before the end of processing sprinkle with salt and pepper. Such a dish can be served with a side dish or as an addition to a meat dish.
