- mustard (2 tbsp. l.).

Stuffing the minced meat until cooked, without ceasing to stir it periodically. After complete evaporation of the meat juice, reduce the heat and close the stewpan with a lid. We extinguish the mass to a ready state and transfer it to a deep plate so that it cools down.
Grind cheese and cheese on a coarse grater. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes, then fry in oil until golden brown. Next, mix all the components of the filling.
In a separate bowl, beat two eggs and pour them into the bowl with minced meat and cheese. Mix the finished stuffing well and add more spices if necessary. We chop the parsley and dill, add to the stuffing.
