Sift flour and salt into a bowl in which you will prepare the dough. Add sugar, add two thirds of a glass of vegetable oil. Stir until large flour crumbs are formed. Pour one spoonful of cold water into the container, constantly mixing the dough. It should have a smooth and elastic texture. Divide the dough into two parts, one of which will be slightly larger, shape the cakes and wrap each separately in a plastic wrap.

It's time to make the filling, which you will put in the future apple share. The recipe involves the use of any apples, so you can dispose of those that have lost their appearance a little, or take your favorite variety - all this is completely unimportant.
