  • Butter - 200 g.
  • Chicken Egg - 5 amount
  • Wheat flour - 1 cup.
  • Sugar - 1 cup.

And for the cream:

  • Butter - 200 g.
  • Normal / Boiled Condensed Milk - 400 g.

To prepare a waffle dough, beat the eggs until lush foam, then enter all the necessary amount of sugar. Do not stop working with the mixer until the sugar has completely dissolved in the liquid.

Then introduce melted, but not hot butter and all the flour into the liquid, after sifting it in advance. Gently knead the dough, the consistency is more likely to be pancake, as it should be very elastic.

Preheat the waffle iron in advance and, if necessary, grease its parts with butter.

Pour the dough onto it, after which, focusing on the features of your technique, wait for the necessary amount of time for the waffles to cook, but not to dry out.

While the dough is still hot, twist it into a thin tube and fix one of the ends with a small glass or wine glass. Thus, prepare all the tubes for filling, and while they cool down in their "plain" forms, we will prepare the cream.

To do this, remove the butter in advance from the refrigerator so that it softens slightly, then beat it together with the condensed milk.

Ready cream needs to be removed in the refrigerator for 45-60 minutes, so that the oil seizes in it, and it thickens itself.

After cooling, you can fill the tubes with the finished cream using a pastry bag or an ordinary spoon. The stuffed products should stand for 2-3 hours at room temperature so that the dough is thoroughly saturated with cream, after which dessert can be safely served to the table.

The second recipe: an interesting alternative

  • Prepare the dough in the same way as stated in the previous recipe, then put the oven to heat up to 180-190 degrees.
  • Spread the finished dough with a spoon or spatula on the silicone mat, trying to form a circle, and then send the baking sheet with the blanks to the oven. In this case, we cannot tell you the exact cooking time, but it can range from 4 to 10 minutes. As soon as the dough turns golden and the edges brownish, boldly take everything out of the oven and form the tubes again using glasses and cups.
  • Again, we prepare the cream, let it freeze, start the tubes, leave them to soak and again rejoice and indulge in homemade sweets.
