Is it possible to cook cutlets if there is no meat or fish in the house? Easy! From the most ordinary instant oatmeal, wonderful cutlets are obtained, and if you do not tell the household tasting this dish what they are prepared from, then they themselves are unlikely to guess.
So, let's try to cook oat cutlets. For a glass of cereal, we need half a glass of boiling water, one medium-sized potato. Onion, a couple of cloves of garlic, herbs, salt, pepper and oil, on which we fry our patties.

You can also take as an additive about one hundred to two hundred grams of minced meat.
