Fish, along with meat, has been used as food since ancient times. Its benefits are undeniable, and nutritionists strongly recommend eating fish dishes at least twice a week.

Regular consumption of any type of fish lowers cholesterol, that is, it is an excellent prevention of heart and vascular diseases. Plus, it has a decent supply of proteins, fats, various types of vitamins and nutrients.

Cooked deliciously and quickly fish fillet, the recipe of which also has a set of low-calorie foods, helps to fight excess weight due to a large amount of protein and a low indicator of fat levels. So how to cook fish fillet?

Fish fillet. Potato batter recipe

For cooking, you can use absolutely any fish, guided only by their own taste. Of course, it is better to choose such that not even small bones are present in it.

Cut 600 grams of fish fillet into portioned pieces with an average diameter of five centimeters. Each rubbed with salt and, if desired, spices.

Peel and grate about half a kilogram of potato (preferably large), add an egg and a couple of tablespoons of flour, salt and put your favorite seasonings. Mix everything thoroughly. A little later, when the potato gives juice, it should be drained.

Next, you need to process each piece of fish fillet from all sides with batter. To do this, first it is spread on the palm of your hand, then a piece of fish is placed, on top again is a batter. Laying the fillets in a pan, put the pieces more tightly so that they do not fall apart during the frying process.

Spread immediately on a hot frying pan with enough oil, and fry over medium heat under a closed lid for 10 minutes on each side.

Grate two carrots and a couple of celery roots on a coarse grater and send to fry in a skillet. Finely chop three hundred grams of canned mushrooms and also put in stewed vegetables. Add a little water to the pan and simmer for 10 minutes.

Fish fillet, whole or uncut portioned, grate with salt, sprinkle with lemon juice, pepper if desired and send to a pan or pan. Put a mass of vegetables on top and put in the oven for 10 minutes. Then get out and pour with sauce made from a spoon of tomato paste (ketchup can be used) and 100 grams of sour cream, and again put into the oven for another 20 minutes.

Two kilograms of tuna are cut into pieces with a diameter of five centimeters, put them in a bowl, sprinkled with the juice of two lemons and slightly poured with vegetable oil.

A bunch of parsley is chopped finely. Six garlic cloves passed through a crush are added to it. From the lemons remaining after squeezing the juice, the zest is rubbed, salt is added to the mass in an amount sufficient for the whole dish and pepper. Everything mixes well.

Before sending the fillet to the fire, each piece of it is rubbed with a given mass. You can fry such a dish both on the grill and on the grill.

Fish fillet with cheese and vegetables

Any fish fillet in the amount of 600 grams is chopped, salted and pickled in lemon juice.

Two grated carrots, two eggplants, cut into small cubes, are fried in vegetable oil until half cooked with constant stirring. At the same time, three chopped onions are put in a pan, poured with 200 grams of cream and stewed on a very low heat for about 20 minutes. Next, the onion is squeezed out of excess liquid and mixed with 250 grams of cheese.

Put all the ingredients in a baking dish. The first layer is carrots with eggplant, but not all, but half. Next, put the fish, and on top again carrots with eggplant. And the final layer is a mass of cheese and onions.

The dish goes to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes. After the formation of a golden crust, turn off the fire, but do not get out of the oven, and wait about 10 minutes. So the fish will reach the desired readiness faster.
