Cut two medium- sized onions into rings and one carrot into strips. Finely chop the greens and mix it with vegetables. Fry all ingredients in a small amount of olive oil.
The oven is best heated in advance to 200 degrees. Lubricate a piece of foil with butter and place the fish on it. Put half of the vegetables inside the cod, and the rest on top. After that, you need to put small pieces of butter on the vegetables and carefully connect the edges of the foil so that juice does not flow out of it.
Cod in the oven in the foil is baked for only half an hour. Just remember: in the last 10 minutes, the foil needs to be slightly opened, so the fish will turn out to be more ruddy and beautiful.
The finished dish is served hot, complemented by a salad of any vegetables.
