You can make an original dish from kohlrabi with the addition of other nuts - peanuts. For such a salad you need to prepare:
- cabbage;
- a couple of carrots;
- bullseye;
- lemon;
- 100g nuts (peanuts);
- 3 tablespoons of mustard (in the form of seeds);
- 3 tablespoons of oil (preferably olive).
Kohlrabi need to be cleaned and grated. Also come with apple and carrots. Then peanuts and lemon juice fall into the salad. Mustard seeds are fried well in oil, and salad is poured with such a sauce. A fragrant dish can be served at the table.
Kohlrabi salad with condensed milk
An unusual taste is obtained from a fresh and rather light salad, which children will surely love. To create it, you need to take kohlrabi (250 g), a little sweet pepper, a couple of tomatoes, 100 g of carrots and the same amount of celery, as well as condensed milk. Peppers, celery, kohlrabi and carrots are chopped into strips very quickly. Tomatoes are cut into slices. All these vegetables are mixed in a salad bowl and poured with condensed milk. No spices and spices are added to such a salad.
Catalan Kohlrabi Salad
You can surprise your guests with an unusual dish. Of course, you canβt cook such a salad for every day. However, sometimes you can treat yourself. It will take half a kilo of kohlrabi, 3 medium-sized tomatoes, parsley, 3 tablespoons of oil (olive or sunflower, who prefers which one more), 2 tablespoons of vinegar (necessarily wine), a spoonful of orange juice, a little salt.
Cabbage is cut into small slices, tomatoes are divided into slices. Chopped parsley greens are also added to the salad. Separately mix salad dressing. To do this, add oil, vinegar, salt and orange juice to the bowl . Season salad and serve. This dish is not only original, but also incredibly dietary.
