In order to enjoy such a wonderful cocktail, thereβs no reason to even visit the restaurant. It can be cooked at home. Indeed, for a classic frappe does not require many ingredients. The basis is ordinary espresso. So, how to cook frappe at home?
Everything is very simple. We start with the basics. To make one cup of ordinary espresso, you need 60 ml of water and about 1.5 teaspoons of coffee. It can even be soluble - for the home version itβs completely fine. Sugar is also added as desired. It, along with water and coffee, must be put in a blender. - 60 ml of classic espresso coffee;
- some chocolate syrup (15 ml);
- ice crumb (approximately 200 grams);
- a special mixture for ice cream (ordinary milk is also suitable) in a volume of 80 ml;
- whipped cream from a spray can (15 g);
- 3 ml chocolate topping.
How to cook Greek frappe? Milk, along with coffee and syrup at high power, is whipped in a blender. To them is added a crumb of ice. Everything is whipped until a strong and lush foam is obtained. The mixture is poured into a tall glass. Top frappe is decorated with whipped cream from a balloon and topping.
If desired, the drink can be prepared with alcohol. To do this, add 1 tablespoon of brandy, 5 grams of cinnamon, cayenne pepper (2 g), soy milk (about 200 ml), as well as vanilla syrup to the list of ingredients. Such a drink is more spicy and tart, but no less tasty and invigorating.
