The classic recipe for β€œfresh” fruits can be updated with new flavors using seasonings. Minimal heat treatment and the absence of sugar in the composition of the dish makes the drink spicy and unusual in taste. Fill pure liter jars with two-thirds of the whole cherries. Boil water with spices in a saucepan. For three liters of liquid, take a few buds of cloves, 10-15 peas of black pepper and a pack of vanillin. Fill the cherries with the marinade, cover the jars with lids. Then put the compote to be sterilized in a wide and not very high saucepan. For liter jars it will take 15 minutes. After that roll up and wrap up. When the cans have cooled, you can put them away for long-term storage in a cool place.

Such a drink is obtained with a surprisingly beautiful color - orange-raspberry. Wash the fruits. Halve the apricots by removing the seed. Cherries are used whole. Put ten apricot halves in each three-liter jar. Pour two cups of cherries on top. Pour the contents of the cans gently with boiling water. Then you need to use a special cover with holes. Using it, drain the water into the pan. Now pour sugar in the capacity of 250 g per jar into this container. After boiling pour fruit syrup and roll the lids. Turn over and wrap the compote until it cools completely.

An original, bright and very healthy drink is obtained if sugar is replaced with honey. And the combination of two flavors will make the compote wonderfully fragrant. Take 2 kg of cherries and strawberries. Sort and wash the berries. Remove the seeds from the cherries. In a large pot, place two glasses of honey. After it melts almost completely over low heat, pour 6 liters of water and mix until a homogeneous syrup is obtained. Put strawberries and cherries in a saucepan and set to boil. After letting the compote boil, let it cool, turn off the heat. Repeat this process three more times in two days. In the last, fifth stage, pour the boiled compote into sterile jars and roll up.
