- 50 g of granulated sugar;
- 100 g of butter (butter) of good quality. Pay attention to the packaging - the oil should be free of vegetable fats;
- 1 yolk;
- 150 g sifted wheat flour;
- any ground nuts (add to the dough), jam or jam (cherry, strawberry and so on). It is better to choose a sour version of the filler so that your cookies do not turn out too sugary;
- a little vanillin and powdered sugar.

To prepare the dough, combine flour, sugar, butter, yolk and salt, add a little vanilla. The mass must be thoroughly mixed until smooth. Now the resulting cookie blank must be divided into two equal parts - put the first in the refrigerator and put the second in the freezer for about 1 hour. After the set time has elapsed, form small items from the chilled part of the dough (the one that was in the refrigerator), spread on top with jam. - 1 egg yolk;
- 100 g of soft and high-quality butter;
- 100 g of granulated sugar or powder;
- 150 g of flour;
- 125-150 g of cottage cheese, but not fat, but dry, previously rubbed through a sieve;
- half a lemon (only zest is needed);
- a bit of any jam, egg white for lubrication.

Next, you need to knead the dough on Viennese cookies, the recipe of which is given above. Together with other ingredients, you need to add cottage cheese. In this embodiment, the dough should not be frozen; it is enough to put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
