Whipped Fruit Cake
To prepare it, you need one pack of butter, ¾ cup sugar, a jar of canned fruit (peaches, pineapples), 250 gr. sour cream, 300 gr. little crackers. The softened butter is mixed with sugar and sour cream until a homogeneous mass is formed. Cut the fruit into small pieces and add to the cream. After that, pour crackers into the mass and mix well. Cover the bottom of the baking dish with cling film and spread the mixture there. Cover the cake on top with cellophane and crush with your hands so that it takes an even shape. We put the dish in a cold place for the whole night so that the crackers have time to soak. When serving, the cake must be removed from the lash and carefully placed on a plate. Top it can be decorated with grated chocolate or fresh fruit.
Whipped Cake with Custard
To prepare it, you will need two eggs, three glasses of milk, 1.5 stacks. sugar, 100 gr. oils, vanillin, 800 gr. cookies, 2 tablespoons of flour. Cook the cream. In a bowl, mix sugar with flour. There we add the eggs and grind the mixture until white. After that, pour the milk. We put the resulting mass on a slow fire and cook for several minutes, stirring constantly. When the bubbles begin to appear, the fire can be turned off. Cool the mass a little and add oil. Beat the cream thoroughly with a mixer. In a deep form, spread a layer of cookies and grease it with plenty of warm cream. So it should be repeated three to four times. It will be great if the dish stands in the refrigerator for several hours. So it is better saturated. Enjoy your meal!

Yogurt cake
For its preparation you will need a glass of milk, 700 gr. flour, 750 gr. sugar, three eggs, vanillin, a teaspoon of baking powder, 250 ml. cream, 250 gr. sour cream and as much yogurt. Beat eggs and 500 g sugar with a mixer in a deep bowl. Mix the baking powder with flour and add to the egg mixture. Pour milk and vanillin there. All mix well. The dough should turn out medium density. Pour the mass into the form and put in the oven. After the cake is baked, it must be cooled and cut lengthwise into two equal halves. Cooking cream. Beat sugar and sour cream thoroughly. Add yogurt. In a separate container, whip the cream and mix both masses. Coat cakes and sides thoroughly with cream. On top of the dish you can decorate with nuts, chocolate, fruits, coconut, fudge, marmalade - everything that is at hand or in the refrigerator.
