The drug has an effect on the inflammatory process (its causative factors). Under the influence of the drug, capillary-vascular permeability normalizes, edema and hematomas resolve, microcirculation and rheological properties of the blood improve, and the antiplatelet effect is manifested. The drug "Wobenzym", the description of which emphasizes its beneficial effect on lipid metabolism (its normalization), significantly reduces the synthesis of endogenous cholesterol. In addition, blood viscosity normalizes , the elasticity of the erythrocyte membrane increases, the total number of microaggregates decreases, the number of discocytes returns to normal and the total number of activated platelets forms, platelet aggregation, and thromboxane concentration decrease.

Wobenzym. Drug use
Take the medicine with plenty of water (at least 150 ml) half an hour before meals, gradually increasing the dosage. Start with 3 tablets in the first three days. Further, depending on the severity of the disease, the number of tablets is adjusted from 3 to 10.
If the disease is moderate, the medicine is taken in the first half of the month from 5 to 7 tablets, reducing the dosage of tablets to 3-5 in the next two weeks.
When the activity of the disease is high, they start taking tablets from 7-10 for 2 to 3 weeks, in the next two to three months, reducing the dose to 5 per day.
They take pills regardless of the complexity of the disease, always three times a day.
