Braised pork with vegetables.

Braised pork with vegetables is a delicious, very satisfying and aromatic dish. One of the main advantages of this dish is that it does not need to prepare a side dish, as for other meat dishes. Affordable products that will always be found in the refrigerator and a little time are what you need to cook pork with vegetables. You can stew the dish, or you can bake it in the oven. One way or another, stewed pork with vegetables will turn out amazingly delicious! In addition, stewed vegetables are extremely healthy.

Braised Pork with Vegetables

To prepare the dish you will need:

  • bow;
  • 350 gr pork tenderloin (neck, loin, ham);
  • 2 tomatoes;
  • dried parsley root;
  • 3 peppers;
  • a few peas of allspice;
  • 2 carrots;
  • butter, salt.

Cooking.

Wash and dry the pork tenderloin well. Cut the meat into thin slices (across the fibers). Pieces of pork are placed between the layers of the film (for food) and beat off on both sides. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the slices of meat on both sides a little. Transfer the fried pork to a stewpan or pan with thick walls.

Rinse and peel vegetables. We cut tomatoes in small pieces, carrots in small cubes. From the peppers we remove the seeds, the stalk and also cut into small strips. It is recommended to use peppers of different colors, this will make the dish more attractive. Chop the onion finely and send it to fry in a pan, after 5 minutes add the carrot sticks to the onion. Fry vegetables on low heat for 5 minutes, add tomatoes and chopped peppers, as well as allspice peas , chopped parsley root, salt. Put the stewed vegetables on top of the pieces of meat.

Add some water and simmer the dish until cooked (25 minutes). 3 minutes before turning off, add greens and butter.

The dish is ready.

Baked pork with vegetables

To cook baked pork, you will need:

  • 3 carrots;
  • 500 gr. pork;
  • celery root;
  • nutmeg;
  • bow;
  • balsamic vinegar (2 tablespoons);
  • 200 gr. mushrooms;
  • olive oil (2 tablespoons);
  • pumpkin pulp (500g.);
  • 100 gr. cheese;
  • cream (100 gr);
  • salt and seasoning.

Cooking.

Cut the pork into long slices, season and salt, add balsamic vinegar, nutmeg and wine. Leave the meat to marinate for a while.

Peel the onion and cut it into cubes, and the celery root and three carrots - into strips. Fry vegetables lightly in oil. Peel and wash the mushrooms, then cut them into thin slices and fry with vegetables.

Cut the pumpkin into cubes. We put the prepared ingredients into shape. We put meat, then vegetables, mushrooms and pumpkin. Salt and pour the cream.

Bake the meat in the oven for 50 minutes, and then sprinkle with cheese on top and bake for another 6 minutes.

The dish is ready.

Chinese style pork with vegetables

This savory dish is made from the following products:

  • starch (tablespoon);
  • 500 gr. pork;
  • 1 protein;
  • 2 carrots;
  • ginger;
  • clove of garlic;
  • bow;
  • 2 peppers
  • soy sauce;
  • 150 gr. green beans;
  • butter, sugar and salt.

Cooking.

Dice the pork and cook the marinade. Combine soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, salt. Put the meat in the marinade and refrigerate for an hour. Then whisk the protein and pour a little starch into a separate shallow dish. Dip the pieces of meat in protein, and then roll in starch.

Heat oil in a pan and fry finely chopped garlic, slices of ginger and meat in it (on both sides). When the meat is roasted, transfer it to a plate.

Cut the peeled carrots into strips. Remove the seeds from the peppers and cut into strips. At the beans, cut off the tips and fold it into a colander. Cut the onion into rings. Fry the prepared vegetables for three minutes. Then add pork, stir and simmer with the lid closed for another 10 minutes.
