  • vegetable oil - 25 milliliters.

Cooking.

  1. Rinse well in cold water. Soak the cereal for an hour in boiling water.

  • water for cooking rice - 600 milliliters;
  • vegetable oil - 60 milliliters;
  • zira - two pinches;
  • barberry - 2 grams;
  • garlic - one head;
  • salt - 9 grams.

Cooking.

  1. Mix vegetable oil, salt, barberry and zira in a separate container. Take chicken pieces (drumsticks, thighs or wings can be used) and rub the bird with the resulting mixture. Refrigerate the chicken for 40 minutes.
  2. Grate the carrots, and cut the onions into thin half rings. Fry vegetables in a pan with vegetable oil for 6 minutes. The onion should become rosy.
  3. Boil rice in 600 milliliters of water until half cooked.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
