The combination of meat and beans allows you to cook a very satisfying and nutritious dish. For this, you can use special pots. Soak beans in advance for about 6 hours. Next, boil it for an hour and pour the liquid into a separate container, throwing the beans into a colander. Cut the pork into small strips and fry it in order to get a golden brown crust. Add finely chopped onion to the meat and simmer it until it becomes transparent. Pour in a little tomato paste, diluted with water or tomato. Salt and sprinkle with pepper to taste. Then we take the pots and spread them in alternating layers of meat and beans. Sprinkle each layer with chopped garlic and herbs. Fill the pots with the broth left over from cooking the beans. We put the stew in the oven until cooked. Bean stew with meat is ready.
