Real jam! So consumers recommend the product of the Ukrainian factory "AVK". Indeed, the taste of Gulliver candy recalls the sweet bliss that many enjoyed in the era of Soviet childhood.
Tasty memories
A large waffle-chocolate candy in a paper sock appeared on sale in the mid-30s. By its size and delicious festive taste, the delicacy charmed the whole children of the Soviet Union. It is noteworthy that Gulliver sweets were produced at several factories in different republics of a huge country.
One of the best
In the post-Soviet era, the production of sweet treats did not stop. In the early 90s, businessmen Vladimir Avramenko and Valery Kravets launched the production of confectionery products in Ukraine, an abbreviation was formed from the initial letters of their names, which gave the name of the company - "AVK". Sweets on the conveyors of the factory appeared after the production of packaging and glaze in 1996, when the company took control of a controlling stake in the Donetsk confectionery factory. Since 2017, the factory has been ranking high in the ranking of the best confectionery companies.
A familiar taste in modern times
Many do not cease to mention the impeccable quality of Soviet desserts. Modern sweets are inferior to them in a number of positions, but not the AVK Gulliver sweets. The secret to success is that the product contains mainly not substitutes, but high-quality natural ingredients. The candy acquires a fabulous taste thanks to a successful combination of chocolate and fried walnut in a dense praline layer between crispy wafers.
Breakfast with Gulliver
Manufacturers used the classic recipe. Gulliver candies contain:
- Chocolate icing , consisting of grated cocoa beans, natural icing sugar, lecithin, flavoring.
- Sheet wafers made of the highest quality flour.
- Ground Cocoa Beans.
- Roasted grated hazelnut kernels.
- Coconut oil.
- Vanillin.
- Vegetable fat.
In one hundred grams of sweets lurks 549 kcal. One thing weighs about 50-53 g. It turns out that a snack with "Gulliver" in calories is almost equal to a full breakfast. Of course, only the benefits from it are less, because sweets cannot be called a balanced product: they are only carbohydrates and fats with a negligible percentage of protein.
Meet by clothes
The confectionery masterpiece is successfully packed: a bright wrap is a close-up of a smiling tetralogy character Jonathan Swift close to a midget about the adventures of Dr. Lemuel Gulliver. Candy among other representatives of the sweet kingdom itself looks like a giant.
Chocolate lab
The production of Gulliver multilayer candies is similar to making any confectionery sweets from waffles, fillings and glazes. The process starts with making chocolate. The main raw materials - cocoa beans - sorted, fried and removed from their shell. After that, the beans are crushed into cereals, and then rubbed together with powdered sugar, fat and flavorings. The finished powder is sent for conching. This is a complex technology in which chocolate reaches the desired condition and acquires a uniform oily texture with a delicate taste. The process takes 2-3 days. So prepare the icing. At the same time, pralines are being made - nut mass. The roasted fruits of hazel are mixed with powdered sugar and sent to a mill, where the ingredients are thinned into flour. When fat is added to it, the filling will melt in the mouth.
Sweet chain
The next step is baking waffles. The machine kneads dough made from wheat flour, water, baking powder, egg powder and vegetable fat. Through the pipes, the dough flows to the machines, from which the finished wafer sheets come out. They are fed to a spreading machine, which puts the filling on the waffles. The procedure is repeated depending on how many layers the recipe suggests. Then the semi-finished product is sent for cooling, and then to the cutting machine, which divides the future sweets into portions.
Further, the conveyor launches the workpieces into the chamber, where they pass through the flow of glaze. To make it evenly distributed, the candies are blown. In conclusion, the product is sent for 10 minutes to a cooling cabinet, and then to a wrapping machine, which itself cuts candy wrappers, wraps sweets in them, distributes them into boxes and weighs them. The packed treat is sent to the finished goods warehouse. This creates a charming dessert for the joy of sweet tooth.
