  • 1/3 Art. water;
  • dough for gedza dumplings - 30 pcs.;
  • 3 tbsp. l rice vinegar;
  • frying oil.

Chinese Shrimp Dumplings

This recipe for Japanese shrimp dumplings stipulates the following actions:

  1. Divide the shrimp into three parts. Crush one part with a sharp knife, pass the remaining two parts through a blender or meat grinder.
  2. Chop the green onion finely.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, starch and shrimp (all three parts).
  4. Thaw gedza dough slightly in advance, leaving it at normal room temperature for half an hour. Carefully separate the dough plates. On each place 1 tbsp. l (without slide) of shrimp filling, wet one edge of the dough and blind with the second so that a semicircle comes out.
