Chestnut nuts are delicious. They are consumed fried, boiled, ground into flour, eaten simply raw. Chestnut dishes differ not only in their taste, but also in their healing properties. They contain a large number of proteins, carbohydrates, many different beneficial compounds and fatty oils.

Take a whole pumpkin and cut off the top. Do not throw it away, but save it. This will be the lid for our dish. Remove all seeds and fibrous pulp from the pumpkin.

The homeland of this soup is Germany. It will take half a kilogram of fruit, you can use canned chestnuts.
Cooking begins with cutting the fruits of the chestnut into four parts. Melt in a saucepan two tablespoons of butter and put the prepared chestnuts, and sprinkle with a small spoon of powdered sugar on top. Fry, stirring constantly, for about five minutes. After adding chopped onion, 100 grams of celery and crushed clove of garlic. As soon as the onions become transparent, pour a glass of dry red wine into the pan. Salt, pepper, add a little nutmeg.
Stew for 15 minutes, then pour a liter of meat broth and 200 ml of cream. Cook for another 10 minutes. By this time, all ingredients, including chestnuts, will be soft. The recipe allows you to turn the dish into a soup puree, you just need to grind everything with a mixer.
Sweet chestnuts, chocolate cake recipe
Dough. Boil five eggs, separate the yolks and mix them with 200 grams of margarine and two tablespoons of sour cream. Put two glasses of flour and half a spoonful of soda. Knead the dough. Divide the dough into small pieces, put on each whole chestnut nut, sprinkle with grated chocolate and roll the balls. Bake for 20 minutes, cool.
Glaze. Combine three tablespoons of sour cream and five sugars, mix well, then pour 50 grams of grated chocolate or just cocoa. Grate several wafers in a separate cup.
Now dip each cake into the icing, and then roll in waffle chips. Let stand a little and you can serve for tea.
Chestnuts, Stuffed Turkey Recipe
Peel the chestnuts, pour warm water and let stand for 12 hours. After the water is drained, put the fruits in the pan, pour fresh water and put on fire. Salt and boil for an hour, then strain.
A piece of turkey fillet weighing 500 - 700 grams beat off, but not too much. Put the meat in a pan with melted butter, fry on both sides. Then salt, pepper, pour meat broth and simmer for an hour and a half. If the broth boils, add it again.
Melt a piece of butter in another pan, add a small spoonful of sugar, put 300 grams of chestnuts in a minute (cut into quarters), they should acquire a glossy shade.
Put a prepared piece of turkey on a separate dish, roasted nuts on it. Wrap the meat in a roll, tie with a thread and let stand a little.
