- 0.5 kg of minced meat to your taste;
- 100 gr. any hard cheese;
- vegetable oil, spices of your choice, as well as salt and a little pepper;
- about 50-60 gr. (a quarter pack) butter.

Boil the potatoes and mash it. You can also use dry potato flakes, which need to be boiled with boiling water as indicated on the packet, add butter to it. Fry the minced meat in a pan.
