- 1 kg of pork ribs.
- 1 kg of potatoes.
- 40 g of mustard.
- 2/3 glasses of water.
- Dried herbs and spices (dill, rosemary, garlic, nutmeg, chili, paprika, thyme, basil and marjoram).
Preparing such pork ribs with potatoes in foil is very simple. To begin with, the washed meat is wiped with paper towels, divided into pieces and sprinkled with spices. Then it is covered with a film and briefly left aside. An hour later, the marinated ribs are spread on a baking sheet, at the bottom of which there are already large half rings of potato. All this is poured with mustard dissolved in water, covered with a sheet of foil and sent to the oven. Prepare a dish at 190 degrees for at least an hour. - 1.5 kg of fresh pork ribs.
- 1.5 kg of potatoes.
- 2 cloves of garlic.
- 4 tbsp. l not very oily sour cream.
- 1 tsp powdered paprika.
- ½ tsp shredded parsley.
- Olive oil and salt.
You need to start cooking pork ribs with potatoes with meat cutting. It is washed, cut into pieces, salted, sprinkled with parsley and paprika, poured with olive oil, flavored with crushed garlic and left for at least an hour.
The peeled root vegetables are cut into large pieces, seasoned with spices, mixed with sour cream and transferred to a refractory form. On top distribute the marinated ribs and cover them with foil. - 700 g of fresh pork ribs.
- 150 g of green beans.
- 150 g of green pea ice cream.
- 3 tbsp. l tomato paste.
- Large onion.
- Large petiole celery.
- 3 tbsp. l dry wine.
- Large carrot.
- 1 tsp Italian herbs.
- Lean oil, a mixture of peppers and salt.
Washed and chopped ribs are browned in vegetable fat and transferred to a cauldron. All this is salted, peppered, seasoned with tomato paste, poured with a small amount of boiled water and stewed under a lid over low heat.
Wine, celery, carrots and onions are added to the empty pan. All this is passerized, and then combined with green beans, Italian herbs and salt. - 150 ml of tomato juice.
- Vegetable oil, spices and salt.
Pre-washed and cut ribs are fried in preheated vegetable fat. At the same time, they are slightly salted and sprinkled with any aromatic spices. As soon as they are browned, they are transferred to a thick-bottomed pan and sprinkled with half of the chopped onion. All this is poured with a small amount of boiled water and doused under a lid. After a certain time, potato wedges, finely chopped cabbage, onion and grated carrots are added in layers to the container with almost ready ribs.
