Products needed for preparation: rye flour and a half cup, wheat flour only 1 cup, 1 cup warm water, 2 tablespoons tablespoon vegetable oil, yeast 1 teaspoon, salt half a tablespoon.
Sift flour and rye and wheat, and then mix with yeast in one container, in another container - vegetable oil and salt with warm water. The resulting mixture must be carefully poured into the mass. You need to knit only once during this time.
After two hours, the dough has already risen and you can sculpt cakes out of it. The whole piece must be divided into four identical fragments. Then they need to be flattened, put on a frying pan greased with vegetable oil and pierced in several places with a fork so that they bake better. Ingredients: 400 grams of rye flour, 300 grams of water, 10 grams of baking powder, 10 grams of salt - the same amount as baking powder. This is a list of required products, but if you wish, you can add more: peeled seeds 1 cup, bran 1 cup, or if desired, both of them - for good.
Mix all the products from the list and load into a special bread machine for 20 minutes, after setting the “dumplings” mode. After 20 minutes, you will get the finished dough.
