In a kilogram of minced meat (the best option is taken in equal proportions of pork and beef), a loaf soaked in milk, twisted in a meat grinder, chopped onion, a raw egg is added. The ingredients mix well, salt, and pepper. The resulting minced meat is slightly beaten, salted, peppered. In order to make the dish juicier, you can add finely chopped greens. Stuffing is divided into several small pieces, which are given a round or oval shape, fried in a pan on both sides for about 10 minutes. An excellent side dish for cutlets is mashed potatoes and green peas. I must say that such cooking minced meatballs saves time and is not particularly difficult.

If it is necessary to cook cutlets from minced chicken, then Kiev cutlets can be very tasty and tender. In order to make them, you need to take chicken breast, cleaned of skin and bones. It scrolls in a meat grinder, a little white bread, an egg, salt, pepper is added to it. Stuffing is divided into small pieces, which are laid out in the form of cakes. A piece of butter is placed in the middle of each, the edges are well sealed. Cutlets are dipped in beaten raw eggs, then crumble in breadcrumbs and sent to a preheated pan. If the breading is not enough, then the layers can be repeated.

Juicy minced meat patties with cheese are obtained. For their preparation, minced bread, onions, a raw egg are added to the minced meat. If the minced meat is cooked independently, then you can put only an egg in it. Everything is salted and peppered. Cutlets are formed, it is better to make them a little longer, and fried on both sides until golden. The prepared products are laid out on the prepared, greased, baking sheet.
