And due to the fact that zucchini is available both in summer and in winter, you can indulge your homemade crispy pancakes all year round. By the way, the dish does not require much time in preparation, and the recipe is quite simple.

Cooking zucchini fritters with garlic and cheese

For a large serving you will need:

  • 1 zucchini large or a few small;
  • egg;
  • about 50 grams of grated cheese;
  • 1 clove of garlic, flour - 1 tbsp. l and salt to taste.

Zucchini peel and seeds, grate on a coarse grater, salt and let stand a little. After a certain time, juice is formed, it must be squeezed. In the vegetable mass, beat the egg, mix, add the squeezed or finely chopped garlic and grated cheese. Fry fritters from zucchini with garlic and cheese in a hot frying pan with vegetable oil until golden brown. After the portion is ready, put it on a plate where a paper towel is laid: this will leave excess fat from the dish. For this tasty dish, take:

  • 4 small young squash;
  • chopped zest of one lemon;
  • a couple of cloves of garlic and half a bunch of fresh herbs;
  • 100-150 g Adyghe cheese or unsalted feta cheese;
  • 2 eggs and 2 tbsp. l wheat flour.

Peel the zucchini and grate it on a coarse grater, salt, and after a couple of minutes squeeze the juice. Add lemon zest, squeezed garlic and finely chopped greens. Crumble the feta cheese with your hands and mix with vegetables, beat two eggs into the mass and add flour, salt. Spoon the dough with a spoon into the pan and bake fritters from zucchini with garlic and cheese until golden brown. The dish is also well served with sour cream, herbs or sweet tea.
