Fish in the Redmond slow cooker always turns out to be tender, juicy and very tasty. Today we will consider a step-by-step method of preparing pink salmon with sautéed vegetables in a creamy sauce. It should be noted that such a fragrant dish should be served only with the side dish.
Step-by-step cooking of fish in the Redmond multicooker
Required ingredients for the dish:
- large onion heads - 2 pcs.;
- frozen pink salmon - 2 large pieces;
- medium fresh carrots - 3 pcs.;
- refined vegetable oil - 55 ml (for roasting);
- iodized salt, allspice black pepper - add to fish to taste;
- butter - 25 g (for sauce);
- fat cream - 110 ml (for sauce);
- dried dill - 1 dessert spoon (for sauce);
- wheat flour - 6 large spoons (1 of which is for sauce, the rest for bone-in fish).
Pink salmon processing
The fish in the Redmond crock-pot turns out tasty from any kind of sea or river product. We decided to purchase pink salmon, as it has good fat content, which means it will become especially juicy after heat treatment. Thus, the main component needs to be washed, peeled and cut into portioned steaks up to 4 centimeters thick. After that, red fish must be seasoned with salt, allspice and set aside for 15-25 minutes.
Vegetable processing
Fish in the Redmond multicooker will become much more aromatic and satisfying if cooked with any vegetables. For this, we decided to purchase carrots and onions. They should be cleaned, grated and chopped with a knife, respectively.
Sauce making
If the fish in the Redmond multicooker is prepared in combination with some side dish, then it is advisable to make a creamy sauce for it separately. After all, without it, the dinner will turn out to be rather dry. To do this, whip the blender with the heavy cream along with the melted butter, and then flavor them with dried dill, wheat flour and mix again.
Passing vegetables
Frying vegetables for the presented dish should be as follows: pour grated carrots and chopped onions into a slow cooker, season them with vegetable oil and spices, and then cook in baking mode for 15 minutes. After the vegetables become rosy, they should be removed from the bowl for a while and placed on a plate.
Heat treatment
In the same container where vegetables were previously fried, carefully place the pink salmon rolled in wheat flour. Next, the device must be put into baking mode for 40 minutes. After a quarter of an hour, the fish must be turned over and wait for the program to complete. At the end, the pink salmon should be laid out with sautéed vegetables, and pour it with previously prepared sauce. In this composition, the fish must be kept warm for about 20 minutes, and then put on plates.
How to serve to the table
Red fish baked in a Redmond crock-pot with cream sauce is served for dinner only with a side dish. This can be boiled cereals, and stewed vegetables, and pasta, and mashed potatoes, etc.
