Pink salmon can be not only tasty and high-calorie, but also very useful. This fish has both common and rare elements for food (cobalt, chromium, sulfur, phosphorus, vitamin PP). In addition to essential minerals and vitamins, it has unsaturated fatty acids.

So what to cook from pink salmon? We offer some simple recipes so that the maximum amount of useful substances remains in the dish.

Pink salmon in the "Classical" foil

To prepare the dish you will need: three hundred grams of fillet, one hundred grams of mayonnaise and hard cheese, a small onion, special seasoning, herbs, salt and vegetable oil.

Wash pink salmon, grate with salt and seasonings. Pour on top with mayonnaise, put onion cubes and dill branches. Transfer pink salmon to foil, sprinkle with cheese, pour a couple of tablespoons of water and carefully wrap. Next, send the bag to the baking sheet in the oven and cook for half an hour. The dish is ready. You can cut the fish into portions and serve with any side dish.

If after dinner there was pink salmon in foil, then it can be put in the refrigerator. The next day, it is enough to just warm up in the microwave and serve.

Pink salmon in foil with potatoes

To prepare the dish you will need the following ingredients: a whole carcass of fish weighing no more than one kilogram, four large potatoes, a tomato, lemon, one hundred grams of hard cheese, a few tablespoons of mayonnaise, onion.

Rub the pink salmon with seasonings and salt, grease with the juice of 1/2 lemon. Grease the foil with oil, put half of the potato, which is cut into rings and salt. Next, lay out a layer of onion and tomato slices, then place pink salmon on this “pillow”, then spread out the remaining potatoes. On its surface, make a grid of mayonnaise, place 1/2 rings of chopped lemon in half rings and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Wrap the fish in foil and place in a preheated oven for forty minutes. Then open the envelope and hold for another ten minutes to form a golden crust.

The dish can also be prepared in a special heat-resistant pan.

It will require: fish fillet, one large carrot and tomato, two small onions, lemon, salt and any fresh herbs.

Cut pink salmon into slices of the same thickness, each of them add a little salt and squeeze lemon juice. Next, we will deal with vegetables. Grate carrots coarsely, cut the tomatoes into circles. Chop the onion in half rings and pass until transparent. Salt it a little and pepper.

We take aluminum foil and cut into medium squares. Lubricate in the middle with oil. First we put salted carrots, then onions and a piece of pink salmon. Grease the top of the fillet with oil, then place a circle of tomato and a slice of lemon.

Now you need to sprinkle everything with herbs and wrap so that there is free space on top, and all the seams are tightly closed.

Place the pink salmon in the foil in a preheated oven and leave for forty minutes. Serving is recommended in foil, simply shifting portions on plates.
