This turns out to be a casserole, in which the following initial ingredients are involved: 300 grams of minced meat will need the same amount of pasta, 1 tablespoon of sour cream and semolina, 2 eggs, 280 grams of onions, a little salt and pepper, 100 grams of hard cheese and 15 grams butter.

To prepare such a dish you must:

  1. Lightly fry the minced meat with chopped onions in a pan, adding a little vegetable oil.
  2. Boil pasta in salted water. After this, they must be filtered and rinsed well. Wait until the water drains completely.
  3. Combine the minced meat with pasta.
  4. Introduce sour cream, eggs and mix everything.
  5. Put the resulting mass in a form well coated with butter.
  6. Sprinkle with semolina and grated cheese.
  7. Send for baking in the oven for 35-40 minutes. The air temperature inside should be at least 180 degrees.

The finished casserole will only have to be cut into pieces and serve on the table in portioned dishes, decorated with fresh herbs.
