What is the secret of pizza? Of course, at its core. As you know, this is nothing but dough. It is customary that yeast is mandatory in the pizza dough. Some people consider them hazardous to health, and therefore prefer to do without them. Everyone knows that at present, different starter cultures for yeast are not made, but chemical yeast is used. The influence of their non-human body can hardly be called positive.

How to make dough without yeast?

As you know, natural yeast is found in nature. As a rule, they are hop. But they are not used for baking bread.

Dough without yeast is prepared in the same way as yeast dough. You don’t have to look for any special recipe. All that is needed is to slightly change its composition.

The whole secret is that the dough without yeast must be started without the use of a chemical baking powder, that is, it is worth using natural yeast. This role can be played, say, by kefir.

In order to make such a dough, you need to take no more than two glasses of kefir or yogurt. In the latter case, you need to pay attention to the fact that the yogurt is not sweet. In addition, you will need melted butter, a teaspoon of baking soda, a spoonful of salt and a half kilogram of flour.

Flour is mandatory sifted and mixed with all other ingredients. Flour is gradually added to the resulting mass - until the dough turns into a homogeneous mass. But the dough without yeast should in no case be hard, as this can adversely affect its taste.

Once the dough is ready, it's time to start stuffing. If we are talking about pizza, then you can make any filling - there is no universal recipe. It can be meat, bacon, onions, various vegetables, fruits - the list can be continued for a long time. Do not forget about cheese - you can’t save on it in pizza.

How to make dough without yeast in other ways? There is another recipe that has been tested and approved by many housewives.

To do this, you will need three glasses of flour, while it is best to use premium flour, four tablespoons of sugar, half a teaspoon of salt, three tablespoons of sour cream, three quarters of a glass of milk and three eggs.

Sour cream is combined with milk, eggs beaten in advance, salt and melted butter. The whole mass must be thoroughly mixed, and also add wheat flour to it. The resulting mass must be mixed again. You must act quickly so that the dough does not stretch.

As soon as the dough is ready, it is placed in the refrigerator for half an hour, after which you can bake everything you want from it.

In addition to kefir, cottage cheese can also be used as a natural baking powder. It must be mixed well with eggs and salt to taste. Sour cream in this case is mixed with soda and allowed to infuse. The butter needs to be melted, slightly cooled, and then slowly poured into the cottage cheese, adding sour cream mixed with soda and sugar.

The whole mass must be mixed properly, adding flour as necessary. After that, you can start rolling out the dough, preparing the toppings and baking in the oven.
