Navy pasta (horns) with minced meat is one of the most popular dishes in our country. And this is not surprising. Indeed, with the minimum expenditure of products and time, the result is amazing - we serve a fragrant and satisfying dish on the table. Navy horns with minced meat: photo recipe
Grocery list:
- medium onions - 2 pcs.;
- favorite spices;
- 200-300 g of mixed forcemeat (beef + pork);
- 0.4 kg of horns (any form);
- sunflower oil - only needed for frying.
Cooking process
- Warm a frying pan with oil well. We send there the chopped onion bulbs. Fry, stirring with a wooden spatula.
- As soon as the onion slices are lightly browned, we immediately add minced meat to the pan, which by that time should be thawed. Stir the ingredients and make sure that there are no lumps. Stew the minced meat under the lid, setting a small fire. This process will take 10-15 minutes. Then salt the resulting mass, sprinkle with pepper. Reduce the fire to a minimum. Fry the minced meat with onions for another 10 minutes, not forgetting to stir.
- In a saucepan, boil the horns (see instructions on the package). After the pasta is cooked, add them to the pan to the fried minced meat. Mix.

Essential Ingredients:
- medium-fat milk - one cup is enough;
- 0.3 kg of horns;
- one large onion;
- leeks - 50 g;
- two carrots;
- 0.7 kg of beef liver;
- vegetable oil - no more than 3 tbsp. l
Practical part
Wash carrots and two types of onions in running water. We clean these vegetables. Then they need to be chopped (not too large). Now we need to do some beef liver processing. Dip it in boiling water, after which the film can easily be removed. We cut the beef liver into pieces, which we subsequently grind with a meat grinder. That's not all. Onions and carrots must also be passed through a meat grinder. In a preheated frying pan with oil, spread the resulting mass. Solim. Pour in the right amount of milk. Stew the liver-vegetable mixture for 5-7 minutes with the lid closed and on a minimum fire. Put the cooked horns in a pan to other ingredients. You can add a piece of butter or ketchup to the horns in a navy manner. But without them it will turn out very tasty.
Multicooker Recipe
Grocery set:
- dry garlic and other spices;
- several branches of basil;
- 3 tbsp. l tomato paste (or sauce);
- onions - three pieces are enough;
- 400 g of horns and minced meat (pork, beef or chicken);
- two types of oil - vegetable and cream;
- parsley and dill - half the bunch.

Step No. 1. On the working surface we lay out everything that we will cook horns in the navy today.
Step number 2. We get minced meat from the freezer. Put in a cup. We wait until it unfreezes. Then salt and sprinkle with spices.
Step number 3. Bulbs are peeled. We take a knife in our hand and cut the vegetable into thin half rings.
Step number 4. Pour oil into the multi-bowl. The device itself is transferred to the "Frying" or "Baking" mode. We send onion rings there. Fry for 5-7 minutes.

Step number 6. Now we pour the horns (in dry form) into the multi-bowl. Pour in water so that it is 0.5 cm above the level of pasta. Immediately add tomato paste (or sauce) and butter (a slice). The most suitable cooking mode for us is Pilaf. We run it for 45 minutes. Navy horns should be cooked with the lid closed. After turning off the multicooker, sprinkle the hot dish with grated cheese. We place the horns with minced meat on plates. Top with basil and other herbs.
Navy horns with minced meat (with tomato paste)
Ingredients:
- two onions;
- vegetable oil - enough 2 tsp;
- 0.2 kg of horns;
- spice;
- 250 g of mixed meat;
- 3 tsp tomato paste.
How to prepare the dish
- Let's start with the onion processing. We clean each of them and grind them in a cube. Slices of onions are sent to a heated pan. Fry until transparent, using oil.
- At the same time, we are doing another job - we put a pot of water on the stove. As soon as the boiling process begins, add 1 tsp. salt and run the horns. Boil not until cooked, but to a state of al dente. How to achieve this? The cooking process will be 1-2 minutes less than indicated on the package. We do not drain all the water, but leave about half a glass.
- In the pan, where the fried onions are located, put the pork and ground beef. With a spatula we βbreakβ it into small pieces. Mix the ingredients well. Sprinkle with pepper (optional). Introduce the tomato paste. Mix. Pour in the water remaining after cooking the pasta. Do not worry about the fact that the sauce turned out to be liquid. After all, horns will absorb part of it.
- What's next? Add horns to the pan with minced meat and sauce. Mix. Turn off the fire immediately. Let the dish stand for 10-15 minutes with the lid closed. Then we distribute it on plates, decorating with basil or parsley branches. The horns are naval ready to serve. A delicious lunch or dinner awaits you and your household.
