Small pizzas, the recipes of which we learn today, are a convenient format for many adored ordinary pizzas. Reduced items are often a quick and tasty snack during the lunch break. It is convenient to take them to work and to educational institutions. There is even a so-called "school" pizza. The filling of such pastries, offered in the school buffet, sometimes surprises with its composition. It may even include crushed potatoes or fresh cabbage, and pizza with the addition of pickled cucumbers is also found. Despite its unusual nature and very unpretentious composition of products, such pastries are very popular. Today, simple pizza recipes await us.

On yeast dough

It is convenient to prepare the base in advance and send it to the freezer until better times. From the yeast dough it turns out that very favorite mini-pizza by all schoolchildren. If you are not very friendly with the preparation of yeast dough, then stock them in the nearest bakery. Usually pretty lush, with the right consistency, goes on sale. Before proceeding to production, we check the availability of an assortment of the right products.

For the test

The recipe for small pizzas uses a very elastic dough. It rises quickly and after baking will have an airy, porous structure.

Ingredients:

  • Warm water - 250 milliliters.
  • Sugar - one and a half tablespoons.
  • Salt is a teaspoon.
  • A pack of dry yeast.
  • Egg - 1 piece.
  • Flour - half a kilogram.
  • Margarine or butter - thirty grams. Can be replaced with lean non-flavored.

Sauce ingredients

As expected, the sauce is made from the most affordable ingredients:

  • Water - 50 milliliters.
  • Tomato paste - 50 grams.

In the recipe for a small pizza, you can use any ketchup left in the refrigerator.

Stuffing for products

  • Cooked sausage or sausages - 250 grams.
  • Cheese. It is allowed, even sausage - 150 grams.
  • Pickled cucumbers - a pair of small pieces.

Step-by-step recipe for small pizzas

  1. Pour yeast and sugar into a bowl. Pour water. We mix the composition so that the yeast comes to life and begins its action.
  2. Pour salt and add the egg and oil. Gradually introduce the flour and knead an elastic, light dough.
  3. For three hours we leave the finished dough so that it has time to rise twice during this time. We crush it in the process.
  4. For the filling, cut the sausage into small cubes. Cucumbers - in a semicircle or circles. If the cucumbers are large, then they can also be turned into cubes.
  5. Three cheese on a grater in advance.
  6. The basis is ready - we divide it into parts so that the size of the pizza is 10-12 centimeters in diameter. For each cake you need at least 70 grams of finished dough.
  7. Grease a baking sheet with lean, odorless oil. We place the obtained blanks on its surface. In this state, leave the cakes for 10 minutes. They will have time to slightly increase in volume.
  8. During this time, we manage to mix the tomato and water for the sauce. Coat the cakes and lay out the composition for the filling: cucumbers, sausage, cheese.
  9. We bake small pizzas in the oven, preheated to 180-200 degrees. Fifteen minutes later, the pizzas are ready.

Second cooking option

With mayonnaise

Here is another simple recipe for making mini pizza, like at school. It is based on the same dough as in the first case. Therefore, if necessary, knead according to the above recipe. The sauce for these pizzas is more tender, due to the mayonnaise included in the composition.

For filling:

  • two hundred grams of cooked sausages.
  • cheese - one hundred and fifty grams.
  • pickled cucumber - 1 piece.
  • fresh cabbage - one hundred grams.
  • vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons.
  • mayonnaise 50 grams.
  • ketchup or any tomato paste - 50 grams.

Cooking process

First, prepare the cabbage. It must be finely chopped and lightly stewed in vegetable oil, adding a pinch of salt. Cool the cabbage before using for the filling.

Grind sausages: turn into medium cubes. Peel the cucumber and cut it too. We wipe the cheese through a grater of medium or small fractions.

Prepare the sauce in a deep bowl. Ketchup and mayonnaise mix very well, until a homogeneous mass is formed. If you add a little ground pepper, the sauce will become more flavorful.

On the cutting surface we crush the dough. There are two ways to prepare pizza baskets:

  • We divide the dough into pieces of 60-80 grams each. We roll them to the required size.
  • We roll out all the dough to a thickness of 10 millimeters and then we cut out even bases from this layer, with a diameter of 10-12 centimeters. You can use a suitable saucer or notch for this purpose.

When the basics are ready, put them on a baking sheet, greased with a small amount of any fat (lean or cream butter, margarine).

We wait 7-10 minutes: let the cakes rise on a baking sheet. Lubricate them very generously with mayonnaise-tomato sauce. Put a thin layer of cabbage. Place cucumbers and sausage on top. Sprinkle with a good portion of cheese.

We send prepared products to the bowels of the oven. The oven at this point should have a temperature of about 200 degrees. After 15 minutes, our mini pizzas are ready.
