The image of the younger Sarafanov in the adventurous melodrama of Vitaly Melnikov "Elder Son" was tried on by actor Vladimir Izotov. And as it later turned out, on the set he played himself: in real life, he had a lot in common with Vasenka, who was a vulnerable, sensitive and vulnerable person. A twenty-year-old student receives an invitation to star in the movie "Eldest Son" (1975). This is the story of two careless youths who in an unfamiliar village lagged behind the train. In search of an overnight stay, they accidentally come to the Sarafanovs' apartment, and soon one of the young people (Busygin) in the person of the head of the family finds his father. How did actor Vladimir Izotov get the role of the younger Sarafanov?
His Majesty decided everything by chance: one of the assistant directors saw a handsome guy and hinted to Melnikov that he could take part in the filming. And Vitaly Vyacheslavovich agreed.
Izotov’s colleagues on the set were young promising actors: Mikhail Boyarsky, Svetlana Kryuchkova, Nikolai Karachentsov, Natalia Egorova. Leaving the profession
In the early 90s, Vladimir Izotov suddenly leaves the theater stage and the set. For his colleagues in the shop, such a move was a complete surprise. Everyone was perplexed: “Why? What for?"
And no one could give an intelligible answer. A graduate of GITIS was a closed and closed person, therefore he did not like to be frank with others about his problems and experiences. One could only guess about the reasons for his departure from the profession. There were rumors that the actor had a crisis in his personal life, and he began to deeply worry about this problem. But whether it was so in reality is unknown. He decided to end his acting career and even destroyed all the things that reminded him of the theater. His colleagues said that Izotov was a gullible person and more than once ill-wishers took advantage of his weakness.
