The cooking process is as follows:

  1. Put the package of kefir in the freezer and leave it there for 6-7 hours. This time is enough to freeze kefir.

We boil water in a pan, put a bowl of kefir on top, heat for half an hour, mix.

We cover a clean, dry bowl with gauze, as indicated above, or with a fine sieve and pour the cooked kefir. Leave until all whey drains.

Distribute the cottage cheese on a plate, grind it with an egg, sugar and salt. Curd should be taken dry and crumbly. If the cottage cheese is watery, when added sugar, it will give excess water. You may need more flour.

Sift flour with soda. Gradually add flour to the curd, carefully rubbing everything with a fork. After pouring a glass of flour, add 200 g of kefir, then again a glass of flour and the same amount of kefir.
