There are many recipes for how to cook delicate pudding in a slow cooker with a minimum of effort and maximum pleasure. The composition of the traditional English dish includes wheat flour, bread crumbs, butter, brown sugar and an egg. Our recipe includes these ingredients, but for completeness, we will add cream, cocoa powder, honey, dark chocolate, a baking powder for batter and some fruit, and we will replace bread crumbs with semolina. First of all, we pour the cream (700 ml) into the pan and bring them to a boil. It is recommended to do this over medium heat. Then add butter (50 gr) and semolina (100 gr). Again, heat to a boil and put honey (2 tbsp. Tablespoons), sugar (2 tbsp. Tablespoons), chocolate (100 g) and cocoa (1 tbsp. L.). After all this boils, remove. We cool this mixture and in the meantime beat 4 eggs with 8 tablespoons of sugar in a mixer, then pour into the cooled dough, add 2 tbsp. spoons of baking powder and mix everything thoroughly.
Having greased the bottom with butter (creamy), we spread the prepared fruits there (bananas, plums, pears or any others at our discretion), we fall asleep 2 tbsp. sugar and pour our dough there.
Bake pudding in a slow cooker should be 45-50 minutes. Gorgeous dessert is ready!
There are other great multicooker dishes like cherry pie or banana muffin. Cooking them is even easier than pudding.
For cherry pie, you need to take a separate container for kneading the dough. Eggs (3 pieces) + 1 tbsp. beat sugar (with a fork), add 200 grams of sour cream + 1.5 cups flour, mix. Then extinguish half a teaspoon of soda with vinegar, add to the dough and mix again. Put the dough in a slow cooker, having previously greased the bottom with vegetable oil, and garnish with cherries on top. Bake the cake for 60 minutes. Ready delicacy can be sprinkled with powdered sugar on top. Simpler than multicook pudding, isn't it?
Banana muffins are even easier to make.
Pound 2 chicken eggs + 150 grams of butter + 1 tbsp. sugar, add a porridge of 2 ripe bananas, 1 tsp soda (do not extinguish), flour to the consistency of sour cream. Knead the dough and pour it on the bottom of the multicooker, pre-greased with butter. Bake for 60 minutes. Banana muffins are airy and porous. Enjoy your meal!
