It’s easy to make fruit ice cream at home, but how many positive emotions you can deliver to your family or friends, turning a birthday, a hot summer party into a carnival of sweet fun!

Below are some recipes on how to make fruit ice cream in your own kitchen, using only natural gifts of nature.

Let's start with a recipe for lazy people - it uses a purchased ice cream. Although, in order to prepare this fruit salad with ice cream, you can pre-charge the kitchen assistant - an ice cream maker - with whole milk, and get a “natural product” at the exit.

So, for one serving, we need:

  • vanilla ice cream - 150-200 g;
  • orange, banana, kiwi - each 50 g;
  • whipped cream;
  • chocolate topping ;
  • sesame seeds - 1 tsp;
  • shavings made of white and dark chocolate - 5-10 g.

In a pre-washed and chilled vase, put the peeled and sliced ​​fruit into rings. Culinary experts advise laying citrus fruits at the bottom, then kiwi, and upstairs a banana, according to the degree of fruit acid. Using a round spoon, form 3 balls of ice cream on top, apply whipped cream on top of the sweet mountain , sprinkle with sesame seeds, chips and topping. You can decorate fruit ice cream with a leaf of mint or a cocktail cherry!

This dessert is a light combination of juice and ice - a sort of “frosty” caramel on a stick. For cooking you will need:

  • concentrated fruit juice or puree - 250 g;
  • granulated sugar - 300 g;
  • gelatin - 6 g or starch - 20 g;
  • citric acid - on the tip of a teaspoon;
  • water - 450 ml.

In a saucepan with water, dilute the sugar and boil, stirring the selected stabilizer. Before this, gelatin needs to be soaked for half an hour, or diluted starch in cold water.

Boil the finished syrup until the stabilizer is completely dissolved, then add the juice / puree and pass through a colander or cheesecloth. Add citric acid to the cooled mixture (if lemon juice or from sour berries is better not to add), pour into molds and send to the freezer for 2 hours. It is better to use such ice immediately, otherwise it will harden very much. Two or three layer fruit dessert looks original when another layer is poured on top of a frozen layer in a mold.
