Mexiprim is a member of the antioxidant group. The active substance is ethylmethylhydroxypyridine succinate. The medicine is an inhibitor of free radical processes. The medication is a membrane protector that provides stress protective, antihypoxic, nootropic, anxiolytic and anticonvulsant effects. The tool enhances the body's resistance to the negative effects of various factors. These include, in particular, shock, ischemia, hypoxia, circulatory disorders of the brain, poisoning with antipsychotics (antipsychotics) and alcohol. The drug modulates the activity of receptor complexes, membrane-bound enzymes. The medicine improves blood supply and metabolism in the brain, increases the rheological properties and blood microcirculation, and reduces platelet aggregation.
