The dough is made without eggs on sour cream. Mix half a packet of butter with half a glass of regular sugar and a bag of vanilla, add a little salt. Grind everything until a homogeneous mass is formed.

Mix 50 ml of sour cream with 1/3 of a small spoon of soda, then pour it into the oil. Beat with a mixer or just mix well. Add a glass of wheat flour.

Grease a baking sheet with oil, put dough on its center and roll it right there into a layer of seven millimeters. Cut the dough into rhombuses. Mix sugar and cinnamon in any desired proportions, sprinkle a mixture of cookies.

Bake in a sufficiently preheated oven for 15 minutes, then remove and immediately go through the knife along the previous cuts, shift the cookies and let it cool.

Egg-free cookies, Florentine treat recipe

Melt 30 grams of butter over the fire, pour 100 grams of sugar and 50 grams of flour. Do not remove from heat, stir constantly until smooth, pour in a thin stream of 70 ml of cream. Immediately pour 50 grams of corn flakes, 50 grams of thinly sliced ​​almonds and candied fruit, a little, 25 grams, cherries, three tablespoons of honey. Mix everything, remove from heat, let cool.

Spread the finished dough on a baking sheet with a spoon, flatten it a little to make the cookies flat. The distance between the cakes should be at least two centimeters. Bake for 15 minutes.

Melt 150 - 200 grams of bitter or milk chocolate in a water bath. Spoon the chocolate onto the freshly baked, still hot cookies with a spoon. Using a fork, make wavy lines on the chocolate and put it in the refrigerator to solidify.
