Base preparation process
Before making manti with meat and potatoes, you should knead the dough. It is done in exactly the same way as for dumplings. Thus, it is necessary to break 3 chicken eggs into the dishes, beat them lightly with a fork, and then add drinking water, sea salt and wheat flour. Filling process

Next, the ingredients must be mixed, combined with shredded leek, small salt, dried dill and black allspice.
