In the culinary world, there are many recipes for cooking all kinds of cutlets, meatballs, meatballs, kebab and other minced meat dishes. And not only meat. We need: a pound of chicken fillet and the same amount of white cabbage, a couple of onions, garlic, a mixture of peppers and salt, breadcrumbs or flour (to roll), vegetable oil for frying.

- We cut the chicken into larger pieces, after washing thoroughly under the tap. If we buy a frozen product, then it must first be thawed naturally (and not in hot water or in the microwave) - this will be tastier.
- We wash the cabbage and cut into large strips. And cut the onion into a cube.
- Next, we’ll deal with minced meat. We drive the filet and onion through a meat grinder (we will choose larger holes in the grate).
- We also scroll the cabbage, but to another container, separate. If the leaves are too succulent, after processing in a meat grinder, the resulting mass should be slightly squeezed so that the final product does not fall apart in a frying pan during frying. Combine with minced meat.
- Add a mixture of peppers with salt (to taste), finely chopped garlic, you can use a little Provence herbs - chicken cutlets with cabbage will be fragrant and fragrant. We thoroughly knead the whole mass. In principle, you can add flour and egg to the minced meat, but they will make the product tougher. In general, decide for yourself. - We thoroughly heat the pan with vegetable oil so that it almost boils.

- Another caveat: cabbage can be pre-boiled, but here we used raw, as it has an excellent set of vitamins that are necessary for the human body. This dish can be prepared even faster and easier if you take ready-made chicken mincemeat. And also add sweet and juicy carrots!
So, we need: a pound of minced chicken, 250 grams of white cabbage and the same amount of carrot, egg, onion, a couple of cloves of garlic, fresh dill, flour, vegetable oil, a mixture of peppers and salt.
Cooking
Ready chicken stuffed (bought in a supermarket or cooked with one's own hand) is mixed with cabbage and carrots passed through a meat grinder (you can add a slice of milk loaf - 200 grams). In the total mass also add chopped onions with garlic. There we introduce chopped young dill, a raw chicken egg and a mixture of peppers with salt. All components are thoroughly mixed until smooth (you can use a mixer or a blender). Heat the pan well, sprinkle with vegetable oil. From the mass with wet hands we form rounded chicken meatballs with cabbage and carrots. Roll in flour or breading, fry on both sides until golden brown. In the finals, those who love softer can put out under the lid for about 5 minutes (do not add water to the pan). The minced meatballs are ready! It can be served with or without a side dish.
