So, boil 300 g of chicken breast until cooked and divide by hand into small pieces. We spread them in a pan with hot oil and fry for about 10 minutes. 300 g of cream (they must be fatty) pour in a pan with the remaining oil from frying chicken, add a couple of tablespoons of Dijon mustard and bring to a boil. After that, add pepper and salt and pour meat with this sauce. Let gravy infuse for 10 minutes in a sealed container. To give it more spice, you can add a little cinnamon and parsley.
Recipe: Meat Gravy with Capers
One carrot and a couple of cloves of garlic need to be finely grated and fried in olive oil, not forgetting to put a little spice there to your taste. When the carrot softens, add 400 g of pork chopped into small cubes into the pan. Fry under the lid for about 5 minutes. Mix one and a half tablespoons of tomato paste with 2 tablespoons of milk and half a glass of water. Pour this mixture into the pan. Cut a spoonful of pickled capers and 10 large olives into pieces and add to the pan 5 minutes before the meat is ready. Then add the gravy and add a small spoonful of flour to thicken.
Recipe: Spicy Meat Gravy
This is a recipe for an unusually spicy sauce. If you are not afraid of experiments, then you really need to try to cook it. So, we cut 700 g of pork neck into small pieces. Two onions cut into half rings. We put the meat in a pan, pour 2 cups of boiling water there, salt and simmer for 20 minutes, covered with a lid. Then add onions and spices in the composition: rosemary, red pepper, thyme, oregano, black pepper, dried garlic, turmeric, coriander, basil. Each spice - half a teaspoon. Stew it all for another 30 minutes. Serve the gravy hot.
Recipe: minced meat and tomato sauce
Fry a pound of ground beef and 1 chopped onion in vegetable oil. Stuffing should be browned, after which we add a large spoon of tomato paste to it and simmer for another 2 minutes. To make the gravy denser, you can add a spoonful of flour. Then pour 2 stacks. boiling water, salt and, if desired, sprinkle with hot pepper, bring to a boil. Now you can put a bay leaf and a little garlic. Simmer for about 10 minutes on the slowest fire.
Recipe: Veal Meat Gravy with Cream
Very tender and light gravy can be prepared from young veal and cream. To do this, 200 g of veal should be finely chopped and sautéed over high heat to brown. Then add a couple of glasses of water and simmer for about an hour, i.e. until the meat is cooked and the water evaporates. Add a spoonful of flour, mix and pour 200 g of cream, salt, add a little spices and bring to a boil. Immediately remove and fill it with rice or pasta.
Recipe: Meat Gravy with Cheese and Mustard
Fry 200 g of ground beef, add salt. 30 g of ground almonds are mixed with 2 tablespoons of mustard and a couple of chopped garlic cloves. Boil 3 eggs, separate the yolks and rub them with a mixture of garlic and almonds. Add 3 tablespoons of ketchup, cayenne pepper, salt, mix everything thoroughly and add liquids from frying meat (enough to get sour cream consistency). Mix with meat, let it brew and water pasta or buckwheat, then sprinkle with grated cheese.
