The egg-free fritters recipe below is very simple.
Sift the flour well in a deep bowl. Add a little salt, alter everything. Pour in three tablespoons of sugar first. Then, to 500 grams of kefir, add a teaspoon of soda and pour into a bowl.
Knead a not very thick dough. You can use a mixer. When you mix everything thoroughly, wait ten minutes or even fifteen minutes - let the test stand for a while.
Heat the pan well, pour a little vegetable oil into it. Scoop the prepared dough with a special scoop or a simple tablespoon of the appropriate size and pour it into the pan. Fry mini pancakes on both sides until a beautiful golden brown crust forms. Fritters without eggs always turn out very magnificent and tasty.

One and a half glasses of any sour milk product or kefir mix with three tablespoons of semolina and add a quarter of a tablespoon of soda. Lightly salt and mix again. Next, add five tablespoons of flour there and gradually stir until you get a homogeneous liquid mixture.
Leave the dough alone for a while - it should stand for a while and froth.
Now your dough is ready and you can start frying fritters without eggs. Also fry them on both sides until rosy. When the pancakes without eggs are ready, put them on a dish. If desired, you can sprinkle them with powdered sugar.

Egg-fritters with yeast. Warm milk (you can plain water) mix with two tablespoons of sugar and salt to taste. Add one and a half glasses of flour and yeast. But first, dilute them in warm, sweetened milk. Add flour after they begin to come.
Knead the dough with a large spoon, then cover it well with a damp towel and leave it to rise in a warm place for about an hour. Since in the end it should turn out to be quite liquid, it will rise with a bubble cap. Stir the dough again with a spoon and bake fritters without eggs in a pan with preheated vegetable oil.
Spread them on the pan with a wet spoon (so that the dough does not stick to it). First, fry the fritters without eggs until they are rosy on one side, then turn them over, lightly salt and continue to fry until they become the same rosy on the other side.
After that, turn them over and sprinkle with salt again. Somewhere in a couple of minutes, remove the fritters without eggs from the pan (ideally, put them on a paper towel).
If your dough suddenly turns out to be too liquid, add a couple of tablespoons of flour to it, stir and let stand warm for another 15 minutes. If during frying cover the fritters, then they will come out much more magnificent. If you knead the dough on the water, you will get delicious lean pancakes without eggs. On average, finished pancakes should be about 5-6 millimeters in thickness. Their consistency is tender, slightly denser than that of pancakes.
