At the festive table, especially New Year's, we have long been accustomed to a certain assortment of salads: herring under a fur coat, olivier, etc. But many housewives decided to diversify these dishes, change their shape, appearance. Cut chicken fillet, cucumber and ham into thin strips, mushrooms - into small pieces and fry them, grate cheese on a fine grater. Then, in a special form, having the appearance of the head of Santa Claus, lay out our salad in layers. Each of them, at the same time, is coated with mayonnaise.

We clean the eggs, separate the yolks from the proteins, and then rub separately on a fine grater. We divide the salmon into two parts, one of which is cut into cubes, the other into thin slices. Diced - tomato. We clean the carrots and onions, the first - we grate, coarse, the second finely chopped.
Fry them together in vegetable oil. We pour the liquid from the jar with corn and combine in one container tomato, carrot and onion, salmon, diced, corn, yolks.
