Turkey and Prune Roll Recipe
Turkey fillet in the amount of 800 grams (can be in different pieces) beat off on both sides to a thickness of half a centimeter. A few hours before cooking, 100 grams of prunes and the same amount of dried apricots soak in warm water. Now dry the dried fruit and chop it very finely.
Grate the meat on one side with salt, on the other with pepper or any seasonings, put a filling of mixed dried apricots and prunes on each layer. Gently roll each piece into a roll and dress with thread. Wrap the resulting rolls in culinary foil and send to roast in the oven for 50 minutes. After opening the foil, allow to cool, cut the threads, cut and serve.
Turkey with mushrooms and vegetables

Stir 300 grams of cream and three tablespoons of wheat flour in a separate bowl. Pour the resulting mass into a frying pan, salt, pepper, add seasonings if necessary.
Cover the frying pan, reduce heat to minimum and simmer until fully cooked, it will take about 20 minutes. As a result, the meat should be very soft.
Serve turkey with rice, pasta or mashed potatoes.
Pistachio Turkey
Cut one onion into medium slices, put in a saucepan, pour a glass of white wine and a glass of vegetable broth. Add two minced garlic cloves to the mixture, pepper. Put on fire and bring to a boil. As soon as it boils, put four slices of turkey fillet in a saucepan, cover and simmer for half an hour.
Sauce. Cut 50 grams of pistachios, combine with four tablespoons of chopped parsley and dill, put in a blender. Send there 100 grams of Parmesan cheese. Grind all together until smooth. Then pour it in half a glass of orange juice, a glass of water, add a couple of tablespoons of lemon juice, four tablespoons of olive oil, salt, pepper and mix everything.
Remove the fillet from the broth, cut into slices, put on portioned plates, pour over the cooked sauce on top. Serve the dish with noodles, garnish with tomato slices.
