How to cook veal gravy

300 g of fresh veal should be cut into small pieces and fry until golden brown. Then you need to put it in a pan, pour enough water so that it covers the veal and boil over low heat. Cut one onion and fry a little, and then add one shabby medium-sized carrot to it and fry again. Then this sauce must be put on the meat and cook it for at least an hour. Of course, you need to add salt, herbs, pepper and seasonings to the pan. Gravy is not very thick. If you like thicker, then you need to thicken it with flour (1 tbsp. Mix with the same amount of water and quickly add to the gravy).

How to cook hot sauce for pasta

This spicy gravy will turn ordinary pasta into a very tasty dish. So, heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan and fry 500 g of pork and ground beef. When a little fried, add 1 chopped onion and one diced carrot. Fry for 10 minutes, then add a spoonful of flour, a spoonful of paprika, a little salt and ground black pepper. Then, in turn, we introduce a spoonful of tomato paste, a spoonful of adjika (if you like spicy, then a big one, if not - tea), a half chopped bell pepper. If there is little fluid, you can add water. To spice up you need to remember to put garlic, a little chopped greens and seasoning for meat in the gravy.

How to make fruit gravy

If you heard that gravy is not sweet, then do not believe it! Delicious gravy can be prepared from fruits. It can be watered with cottage cheese, semolina, pancakes or even rice. A pound of apples must be peeled, cut and fry in butter until soft. Then add 4 tablespoons of sugar to apples, 150 g of any nuts (can be replaced with poppy seeds or fried sesame seeds), slightly salt. All this delicious mass needs to be fried, constantly stirring, and in the end it will become like a paste in consistency. Be sure to add a little curry (a feature of this sauce is in a combination of spicy and sweet). Apples in this recipe can be replaced with other fruits - pear, peaches or plums.

How to cook tuna gravy

Divide 200 g canned tuna into small pieces or mash them with a fork. Add to it 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons of yogurt without fruit, a spoonful of lemon juice, a spoonful of ketchup, as well as a quarter tsp. ground chili and a little black pepper. All this is thoroughly stirred and cooled. This sauce is quite thick, so it can be slightly diluted with oil from a tuna jar.

Cooking Sherry Gravy

This sauce is most suitable for spaghetti. To prepare it, 2 tablespoons of olive oil need to be heated in a saucepan and fry finely chopped onions and carrots (1 pc.) On it for 5 minutes. Then add 1 chopped tomato, three branches of thyme, a liter of vegetable broth, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, 200 ml. dry sherry and 1 spoon of worcester sauce. Bring the mixture to a boil, boil for 10 minutes, and then strain, discarding all vegetables. Mix 25 g of butter with 3 tablespoons of flour until creamy and carefully place it in strained sauce. You can add a little salt and hot pepper.
