We can recommend you a vegetable stew with meat, the recipe of which is very simple, since the ingredients can vary depending on what is available at home.
You can also cook stews with zucchini, potatoes, eggplant and more. The dish turns out to be very tasty and at the same time does not hit the pocketbook so much.

Ingredients: a pound of pork, a pound of potato, 2 eggplant, sweet pepper, carrots, onion head, a glass of meat broth, vegetable oil, 3 cloves of garlic, a pinch of black pepper, salt.
Cooking method.
Cut the meat into slices, evenly fry until crusted and put in a pan.
Cut the potatoes into cubes, put them in the meat and pour a glass of meat broth. Then bring to a boil, cover and simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry finely chopped onions, carrots and bell peppers until half cooked. Add to stew in a pan. Put finely chopped eggplant. Then squeeze 3 cloves of garlic into the pan through the garlic, add salt and pepper. Simmer stew until cooked.

Cut bell peppers, onions, potatoes and place the vegetables in a pan. Then pepper and salt to taste, add half a glass of water. Finely chop the cabbage, put it on top and put bay leaves and pepper (peas) on it. After a few minutes, mix thoroughly and over low heat, stirring occasionally, bring to readiness, then add chopped dill.

Ingredients: zucchini, 1 kg of potatoes, 2 carrots, 3 tomatoes, 2 cloves of garlic, 3 onion heads, 2 Bulgarian peppers, herbs, peas.
Cooking method.
Peel the zucchini from the peel and seeds and cut into thick mugs, roll in flour, and then fry in a pan. We clean three onion heads and two carrots and finely chop. Then fry in oil until the onion gains a golden hue. We cut the potatoes into slices and also add them to the pan. After that, we transfer the fried vegetables to the pan, add a little water and simmer over low heat. Along the way, chop bell pepper, peeled tomatoes, garlic, extract peas from the pods, and add all the vegetables to the pan. Stew until tender. Sprinkle finely chopped herbs (parsley, cilantro, dill).

Ingredients: 1 kg. potatoes, large carrots, turnips, ΒΌ part of the head of white cabbage, rutabaga, ΒΌ pumpkin, green peas, 2 onion heads, 3 cloves of garlic, spices, herbs (parsley, dill, etc.).
Cooking method.
Cut potatoes, turnips, swede, carrots and fry over high heat. In another pan, fry finely chopped onions and cabbage. We spread the vegetables in a pan, add 2 tablespoons (tablespoons) of tomato paste and half a glass of water and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.
Finely chop the pumpkin, put it in a pan and simmer another 25-30 minutes. After that, add the peas, garlic, salt and spices crushed through the garlic. When the dish is ready, sprinkle with herbs.
