How to cook pork

It's no secret that sometimes old, proven recipes will give odds to exotic new products. What could be tastier than a piece of baked pork, juicy, hearty, fragrant? Surely, every hostess has a couple of proven recipes for pork dishes.

For example, you can cook pork in foil with herbs.

Required: a piece of pork gram 700, 2 cloves of garlic, olive oil, half a lemon, pepper, caraway seeds, spicy herbs and black pepper. Before cooking, pork is divided into portions, about the size of a palm. It is good if the meat is with a little fat, which, when melted, will give the meat a delicious juiciness. If the pork is hard, you can beat it a little. The garlic is finely grated or chopped, mixed with a pair of tablespoons of olive oil and 0.5 teaspoon of salt. Rub pieces of pork with this mixture and lay them on a sheet of foil. Glove, sprinkle with dry herbs and squeeze the juice on them from half a lemon. Each piece is wrapped in foil, placed on a baking sheet and sent to a preheated oven to bake for an hour at a temperature of 200 degrees.

You can cook pork with pineapple in the oven

For this you need: a pound of meat and a can of 200 g. sweet canned pineapple rings, a pack of mayonnaise, a large onion and 2 large tomatoes, a handful of olives, salt, cheese and pepper. A large sheet of foil is spread on a baking sheet and greased with vegetable oil. The meat is cut into portioned pieces, washed, blotted with a towel, salted, rolled in mayonnaise and laid on foil. Tomatoes are cut into circles, and onions in rings, after which they are laid out on the meat. Pineapple rings spread on top of the onion and smeared with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top and decorate the dish with olives - stick the olive in the middle of the pineapple ring and cover with foil on top. Pork is baked for about 50 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees, 10 minutes before the end of the foil is opened, so that the cheese is browned.

Pork with mushrooms and cheese will appeal to anyone. To prepare this dish you need to take: a pound of pork tenderloin, 400 gr. mushrooms or any other fresh mushrooms, a piece of cheese weighing 100 g., 2 cloves of garlic, vegetable oil, pepper, dill and salt. The pork is washed, cut into thin slices, beat them, rubbed with chopped garlic and salt. Spread the meat in a frying pan, add oil and fry for 3 minutes on each side over high heat. Finely chopped mushrooms and onions are fried in a separate frying pan for 6-7 minutes. Spread the meat on a baking sheet, sprinkle the mushrooms on top and sprinkle with grated cheese. Cover the baking sheet with a sheet of foil and put baking in the oven for half an hour at a temperature of 220 degrees.

You can cook pork with carrots and garlic. For this dish you will need: a bunch of wild garlic, a kilogram of pork, 2 carrots, pepper and salt. A whole piece of pork is washed, dried and punctured with a thin knife. Leaves are cut from wild garlic, leaving only solid stems, carrots are peeled and cut into narrow cubes. Pork is stuffed, pushing wild garlic and carrots into the cut holes. Sprinkle with finely chopped garlic, salt and pepper, wrap a piece in foil and put in the oven for an hour and a half at a temperature of 190 degrees.

When time is running out, you can cook pork with a side dish of potatoes. A pound of meat will require 8 pieces of potatoes, onions, tomatoes and cheese. Pork is cut into thin, not more than a centimeter layers, then the resulting pieces are washed and beaten well. The potatoes are peeled and cut into slices, just as they are with onions and tomatoes. Mugs of potatoes are placed on a sheet of foil. The meat is salted, pepper and lay on top of the potatoes, then comes a layer of onions, tomatoes and grated cheese. Cook the pork for 40 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
