- After about 15 minutes our dish (climbing in a pan) is almost ready, stir it and turn off the heat. Add the grated cheese. As soon as it disperses under the lid, add pieces of mozzarella. Cover, wait a couple of minutes. Our lazy lasagna is ready, you can serve it to the table.

We need: a spoonful of olive oil, onion, a pound of tomatoes, garlic and pepper flakes, sheets for lasagna, minced meat (up to a pound), a little tomato paste. Of spices, we recommend taking fresh basil or dried Italian herbs. From cheese - parmesan and ricotta.

- We chop the onion. Finely chop the garlic with basil.
- Break pasta sheets in half.
- Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and put them in a separate bowl.

- Turn off the stove, put grated parmesan on top of the pan. And top with ricotta, but do not mix. Close the lid again, leaving for several minutes with the fire turned off, so that the cheese melts.
